Aided Schools' Management:
Aided Schools must follow the Education Ordinance, the Code of Aid and Education Director' instructions
Teachers' Job Protection:
Aided Secondary School Teachers: Their conditions of appointment are defined in Code of Aid for Secondary Schools.
Aided Primary School Teachers: Their conditions of appointment are defined in Code of Aid for Primary Schools.
Special School Teachers: Their conditions of appointment are defined in Code of Aid for Special Schools.
